As you can tell from the title… i will officially be homeless February 17th, 2024.

Don’t freak out.. I know it sounds awful.. BUT

It’s the best thing that ever happened to me.

Let me tell you the story of how I ended up in this situation:

Soooooooooo

I have been in my current apartment since the dawn of time (12 months ago) and the time has come for me to evolve into a new man (sign a new lease)

I have been on an apartment hunt for the last few months, but I found one that I really really REALLY liked.. it’s absolutely sick.

Last Thursday the leasing agent sent me over a little application site and all this random mumbo jumbo for me to sign so I could lock in the apartment next week.

(UN?)FOURTUNATELY..

I was out roaming the earth all weekend & forgot to sign it

someone stole my fucking apartment…

AND DESPERATE TIMES CALL FOR DESPERATE MEASURES

So I booked a one way flight to Tulum, Mexico and an Airbnb and invited a bunch of my cool sexy earth roaming friends.

Didn’t freak out, lose my shit, or burst my bubble.

There’s a big lesson in here.. one that so many people understand but just cannot comprehend

If I had a normal 9-5 (like I used to) or any other responsibilities I would have been a fuckarooni sandwich.

BUT… the moral of the story is that you need to learn a high leverage skill that gives you total freedom, and stop trading your time for money.

Literally anything that gives you freedom. It doesn’t need to make you millions or even “10k a month”. But quite literally just FREEDOM.

Okay enough rambling

I just wanted to stress the importance of putting yourself in a position where you can act without ever worrying. It has increased my quality of life ten-fold and there is no reason you can’t do this too.

I’m literally just a stupid kid that presses buttons on the internet lol.
